Pricing and Policies

Project Pricing

Pricing for website design is determined on a project-by-project basis. Please get in touch with us if you would like a detailed estimate for your web needs.

Maintenance Pricing

Time spent on maintenance during any given month is essentially determined by each individual client. We are available anytime you need.

There are two options for scheduled payments.

1. Retainer: This is the preferred method of payment. Customers who opt to pay for maintenance on a retainer basis receive a higher priority response time. An agreed upon number of hours are purchased on retainer, and we notify you when the retainer gets low.


2. Monthly: Payment will be delivered by check on a monthly basis, at a date mutually agreed upon by the client and designer. We will provide a tentative invoice before this date detailing the work done that month and the current bill.


Most correspondence will be done via email and telephone, with meetings scheduled as necessary or per client request. The final product will be transferred to the client's chosen servers by the website designer.
